REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy Overview
At Luminex Janitorial Services LLC, we are committed to providing top-quality cleaning services. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided, we offer a structured refund or re-service process as outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Re-Service
You may be eligible for a refund or re-service under the following conditions:

- You notify us of any dissatisfaction within 48 hours of service completion.

- The issue is clearly documented and directly related to the service quality.

- The property or facility was accessible and ready for cleaning at the scheduled time.

- Payment for the original service has been completed in full.
3. Refund & Re-Service Options
Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer one of the following:

- Re-Service (Preferred Option): We will return to address and correct the area(s) of concern at no additional charge.

- Partial Refund: If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, we may offer a partial refund.

- Full Refund: In rare cases, if the service is completely unsatisfactory and cannot be corrected, a full refund may be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or re-services will not be issued in the following cases:

- Customer fails to report issues within 48 hours.

- Property was not accessible or in a condition that prevented service.
-
- Services were refused or interrupted by the customer.
-
- Issues related to pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our staff.
-
- Services outside the scope of the original agreement or cleaning checklist.
5. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

- Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

- No-Shows: If our crew is unable to access the property at the scheduled time and is unable to perform the service, you may be charged the full amount.

7. Processing Time
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Policy Updates
Luminex Janitorial Services LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or provided in writing upon request.
