2. Company Services

Luminex Janitorial Services LLC offers professional janitorial and cleaning services throughout Florida. Services may include but are not limited to: commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and floor care.

Service availability, scope, and pricing may vary based on location, building size, job type, and customized agreements.

3. Service Appointments & Cancellations

- Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance, subject to availability.

- Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

- No Shows: If our team is unable to access your property at the scheduled time due to no access or client absence, a full service fee may be charged.

4. Payments & Billing

- Rates: Pricing is determined by job size, service scope, and contract type (recurring vs. one-time).

- Invoices: Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Late Payments: Overdue invoices may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

- Accepted Payments: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic forms of payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide safe, accessible, and secure working environments for our team.

- Notify us of any hazardous conditions or special instructions prior to service.

- Remove or secure valuables and fragile items before cleaning begins.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the services rendered, please contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the specific area at no additional cost. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Website Usage

You may not:

- Copy or redistribute website content without permission.
